Who we are
EstateBlog is an educational website (brand and domain pending finalization). This policy applies to the whole platform. Questions: editorial@estatewise.example.com.
What we collect
- Newsletter subscriptions: your email address and subscription source. Used only to send the newsletter.
- Contact messages: name, email, subject and message, to respond to you.
- Account data (editorial staff): name, email and a securely-hashed password for the admin CMS.
- Technical logs: standard server logs (IP address, timestamps) for security and rate limiting, kept briefly.
- Media uploads: images uploaded by authorized staff to the media library.
What we deliberately do not collect
Calculator inputs and results are processed in your browser and are not stored as user records. We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share personal data with data brokers.
Cookies
We use a strictly necessary session cookie for signed-in editorial staff only. No marketing cookies are set by this platform.
Retention
Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Contact messages are kept for up to 24 months. Server logs are rotated on a short cycle.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data via the contact page, and unsubscribe from the newsletter with one click at any time.
